Official name & founding
The official registered business name is Content Covebase Consulting Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2014 in Chang-hua City to advise owner-led companies preparing intergenerational handovers. Early work centered on manufacturing and trading families in central Taiwan(China); the practice later expanded to food processing, logistics, and professional service groups that share the same succession pressures.
Why we exist
Founders often delay naming a successor because the choice feels personal. Cousins inherit shares without inheriting a meeting rhythm. Non-family managers wait for clarity that never arrives in writing. Our mission is to give families a structured place to decide—criteria, timelines, and governance that match how the business actually runs.
How we work
We facilitate; we do not replace your lawyers or accountants. Engagements combine confidential interviews, mapped decision rights, and family working sessions. Recommendations stay concrete: who chairs which forum, when a successor takes which plant decisions, how deadlock is resolved before it becomes a lawsuit.
